24-hour legal helpline
Members are able to access the Association’s 24-hour legal helpline free of charge.
The legal helpline provides Aspect members with advice on:
- consumer problems arising from the sale of goods, or supply of services
- small debts and credit problems
- will and estate administration
- family and divorce problems involving children, family assets and other related matters
- defamation
- crime.
If necessary, the legal helpline can provide members with additional advice on: personal injuries; defamation; criminal and family law; and medical negligence.
