Aspect’s BTEC Qualification in Education & Children’s Service Development is a flexible work-based professional qualification designed for the range of educational improvement professionals now working within children’s services. The qualification provides these professionals with an opportunity to demonstrate that they have the skills and abilities to contribute to the provision of effective services for children, young people and their families . The qualification is based on Aspect’s revised National Standards and is approved by Edexcel, the UK’s largest awarding body. Candidates are required to compile a portfolio of evidence from their work and professional activities that are valid, authentic, sufficient and current.
