This paper from 2008 outlines the background to Aspect’s work to raise the pay and status of EYPs, and was discussed and submitted to both the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) to underpin our lobbying and to inform policy development.

Aspect produced this strategy paper examining the principles that need to underpin a future EYP CPD strategy, and initiating the discussion on the provision of that strategy.
The next stage in this process is currently under development.
